It may be time to change tires - and I'm hoping to get a bit more ground clearance when I do. Does anyone know if 205/65/15's or 195/70/15's will fit without rubbing/reducing turn radius? Information on here seems inconclusive when I searched.

@sfv41901 and others in California are probably the largest group that have tried other tires & rims.
He runs Hybrid Pit which services Prius and sells aftermarket & JDM parts & accessories.

Well, my driving to Cali from Atlanta just to go to Hybrid Pit isn't likely, so Sean, do you have any long-distance advice you could give me?

It will not rub even 215 will not rub, but carefully you will reduce your mpg if you go wider, get narrower tires if you want to increase your car mpg, if I were you get 175, 215 or 205 won't do anything good with regards to gas and if you don't corner like a race car driver this will not do much either because it is tall. One guy I know who do uber full time is using 175 65 17 and he said he gets 4-5miles more per gallon, I asked how about grip, he said he don't notice the difference because he said he drives normal not like rushing so he can get 5star everytime.
