Hello, new to Prius Chat from Nor-Cal. One question, does anyone know the difference between the Tanabe DF210 springs to the NF210 springs. I'm looking to lowering my 2015 Prius two, NOT slammed but the wheel well sitting right on top of the tires. Thank you for looking.

    Cheers,
    Joe

    Welcome Joe,

The Tanabe web site they claim their Nf210 springs got a drop of 1.0 front/ 1.1 rear and the DF210 1.3 front/ 1.6 rear. Not sure if that helps, but here's a old pic of my ride on the DF210. They have a nice drop and a smooth ride. But coilovers are the way to go.... (y)

Thank you Burna J, your car looks car looks great, that's the drop I'm looking for. My wife would be actually driving the Prius and I don't want my wife to notice that I lowered it. I'm just looking to get rid of that nose bleed height, she complains about my 66 Bug being hella slammed. I'd do coilovers but the price of them are out of my budget, thank you again for the response back. Cheers! Joe.

Thank you Accordlayingkit, your's looks sweet! Cheers! Joe

That's nice, I like the Porsche GT2 type front bumper.

Thank you & thank you for the recommendation on the springs, I'm really happy how it turned out. You to Accordlayingkit, thanks for the 2nd recommendation. Both you guys have amazing builds, Cheers!

It's cheaper to buy them all together like that, then to buy the inverter cover and the other covers separately. Here's some pics of the ground bracket that has to modified on the 2012-2015 to make for a clean install. They'll make more sense when you have the part in hand. Let me know if you have any questions.

@Burna J @Accordlayingkit @Xterra72 Damn! That JDM bug just bit again, ordered the engine room cover today.

So by the looks of it, you cut the ground wire bracket, do you have any issues when you moved the ground bracket? Also, did you use a dremel to cut the bracket? Can't wait to get these.

No issues at all @TopRamen when moving the ground bracket. A dremel or a hack saw will do the trick.

Looking forward to seeing them on your ride... (y)
