Tapping 25A Sunroof Fuse?

Hey PriusBros i took off the cover for the fuses under the left driver side dash and was thinking about tapping the 25A sunroof fuse since I don't have a sunroof! Question:

1.) Does the 25A Sunroof fuse cut all electricity off when the car turns off?

2.) Are there any problems leaving the fuse cover open at all times? I don't think I can put the cover back after tapping

3.) Any problems with using an add-a-fuse to a 12v socket to a 4-way 12v socket to charge a bunch of stuff like quadruple seat warmers through the 25A Sunroof fuse?

4.) Should I buy a 25A cylindrical fuse for the 4-way 12v socket adapter to match the 25A fuse in the driver side fuse box?

5.) Does the Prius C take the low profile mini fuse? Manual says Type "A" only but no indication of low profile...
