    NYC isn't. Diesel is not an option here with the NW200. They are limiting what options companies have for a cab. It seems they want to be like London with a uniform taxi fleet. The Nissan mini van is easier on fuel than the Crown Vics it will be replacing, but it's a shame they have put a limit on choice. They've cut out most of the hybrids, including the Prius LB.
