Tesla 3 looses bumper in the rain.

there's rain, and then there's RAIN.

 

This is how hard it rained here in northeast Pennsylvania today:



And this was yesterday:



Plenty of flooding here.

 

that would take the bumper off a 1940's willy's jeep.

 

Especially if you try fording a river that is now crossing the street.

Plenty of that going on when stopping and retreating .

Hard to believe the amount of rain that is here. Only been 1 day of true sushine here.

Still nice to see the folks though .

yup. sposetobe sunny the next day or two, then more rain. i'd better stock up!

 

Forgot how bad the humidity was on this coast, and the rain hasn’t helped.

I leave tomorrow morning to head back to the land of smoke and fire.

The Mendocino Complex is better controlled now, so the level of particulate and air quality should be better.

The bad thing is it’s not officially fire season yet and there’s been so many fires already .

yep, it's a conundrum. you gotta take the bad with the good. just the opposite out here, few wonders, few disasters.

 

And plenty of time spent inside .

Between winter and this rainy weather, cabin fever must have set in for some.

But I guess you get plenty of rest.
