Can you please demonstrate the whatnots character ?

 

Here, Sam, I'll use it in a sentence for you: "Grouping characters into whats and whatnots can be helpful in finding people what fits your personalities."

 

{ } those are technically called "braces" or if you're being really gauche, "curley brackets"....

They have uses in programming languages and in legal documents. Even though such uses might seem somewhat archane to you, the're much more applicable, imho, than the "¢" sign (which you canget at a minimum, get at trough the character map.)
