Break or break down? Slept most of yesterday, so that was a break, but came close to the breakdown Monday, a very stress-filled day. The best emotional breaks start with a good cry followed by hysterical laughter at oneself, then the dreamless sleep of exhaustion. Get some sleep RaeVynn. It'll all look better in the morning.
