Beans, The Magical Fruit? Packed with fiber to make you toot? Surely you jest, and obviously you haven't got the religion of the Fiber 35 diet yet. Now if you want a good New Mexico chile, red or green they won't have beans except on the side.

The next poster would love to have a pecan & walnut dark choc chunk brownie with mocha frosting --homemade. Take that, muffin fiends!

Nope, not a big chocolate fan except about once a month. Besides, I blew my calorie quota on maple fudge at work.

I have a lot of work to do today, but I may get out for a bike ride. A sextant isn't much use unless you're out at dawn or dusk, but if I go on a long ride (or go geocaching) I take a handheld GPS (especially to find my way home if I do take a bottle of wine! ).
