pepto bismol tastes nasty

my hibiscus tree is losing leaves, it hates being indoors but it's too cold outside

i have a sleeping cat under my left arm. he's purring loudly and makes a small squeak about halfway through each purr

i'm supposed to be making a summary of recent experiments but the thought of work makes me want to take more pepto despite the taste

3 more working days till vacation. well 2 since it appears i won't be going in today

think it's about time to take all the christmas stuff down now

and i'd take up arms against oppressive scenarios as such. after such revolt, your public hanging and such , I'd split the country up according to political philosophies: all the left wingers to one side, the right to the other, and maybe further subdivisions thereof. all weapons would be outlawed, except for the thunderdome whereas if two individuals wanted to duke it out to solve a problem, fine.

Oh you know... gumbos, stuffed roasts, various beans, seafood dishes, etc. Looking for anything in particular? I'd be more than happy to share recipes.

 

Yeah, from what I've heard there was one big swell last week (peaked Weds 12/21) with 10-20 foot waves, and this week is another (peaked yesterday I think?) with 10-16 foot waves. Supposedly there's another on its way...all due to some storms in the Pacific near Hawaii.

 

Random bit of information:

My uncle in Steamboat Springs, CO hunts deer and elk (along with other animals) with a bow. I think that's more sportsmanlike than with a gun. He also makes use of most of the animal (meat, hide, fat, etc) like the Indians did. But I'm also not a PETA supporter and don't believe in animal rights beyond animal testing (makeup, hair products, etc).

 

I like snow! We got that too, if you don't mind ~1 hour's drive to the mountains.

 

what do you think??? You should be doing it too, you don't want to fall behind, and besides Jack 06 needs a lawyer and a cook. I can make food in Photoshop, can you be the lawyer?

 

i can cook, but only for about 4 people before i get in over my head. :lol:
