The Prius v version of the "one finger" micro speed shifter

This is the Prius v version of the micro "one finger" mode selecting speed shift knob.

One quick short movement of the tip of the user's index finger shifts the car into the desired mode.

The knob is centered, so there is no confusion and makes it within easy natural tactile reach without needing the driver to take his or her eyes off the road to visually verify the button desired with an expensive push button shifter mod.
