Rob hasn't visited this site in over 3 years, so won't see your query. But his adapter definitely won't fit your Australian outlets.

In the U.S., his adapters are now somewhat obsoleted by less-expensive, quicker-delivery, purpose-built adapters readily available on Amazon, technically meant just to adapt some North American 240V outlets to two other 240V plug styles, but (wink wink) also accept two 120V plug styles. Likely not approved by any safety agency. (I tested one, and it worked and stayed nice and cold, but so far haven't used it while traveling away from proper J1772 systems.) Amazon in your region might have something similar, but we don't see the same items that are shown in your country.

I believe you are on your own to wire up an adapter to fit the outlets and plugs you must deal with, and find the necessary parts at your end, as we just don't have the necessary AU-NZ-type parts here in the U.S. For liability reasons, don't expect people here to show a wiring diagram, because if you can't figure it out yourself, then you are too likely to not sufficiently understand the electrical-, fire-, and life-safety hazards associated with these unapproved and code-illegal adapters.

The best and safest solution is to acquire and install a proper J1772-plug EVSE such as used for other plug-in vehicles in your country. If you elect to make or buy an unapproved adapter, beware of the risk hazards that you are taking on.
