    Anytime a member posts more than a snippet from a news article, or directly post a copyrighted image - they put PriusChat at risk - esp. so if the article is from the Associated Press (who seems willing to sue even over "fair use" :confused: ).

    If anyone remembers the now defunct MSN Groups, the quickest way to shut down one of those forums was copyright violation such as mentioned in this thead...rival forums were EAGER to report violations to elimate competition.

    Holding that thought, I think it's save to say among the thousands of flamers and trollers PriusChat has had, the staff here is very justified to delete anything that might violate the "fair use" policy....like MSN Groups - the motive would not be financial loss, but a weapon to use against PriusChat. :(

    These days, the print media is probably more willing to act on infringement....add infringement to another internet enhancement a few think they are entitled to under free speech. :rolleyes:
