For me this is bittersweet; after all these years, the Sport Air is still
    just a "concept car."

Inhabitat did a report on the Sport Air in 2006.
Their final comment at that time was:
I really like this car, but it's been dangled out in front of us for 6+ years
now with no commitment by Mitsubishi to produce it.

The indecision and teasing got old long ago.

I think its about time that Mitsubishi put-up or shut-up on the Sport Air.

    FWIW:

    # US/Canada car is 12 in. longer, 4 in. wider that JDM/Europe car.

Saw it and got to ride in it's bigger brother, the four door model. To me it was more comfortable than a smart car, mini-Cooper...or that Fiat thing. And the price was favorable after Federal tax credit.
