The white wire that clips under last Module is separated from clip.

Yes, that's a problem. That is one of three thermistors that the ecu uses to sense battery module temperatures.

 

Two options:
1. Replace the sensor harness. They're available on ebay.
2. Install an aftermarket thermistor with similar characteristics. There's a few threads on the forum. You're not the first to break one, and will certainly not be the last
