There must be a way to make the fogs come on ONLY w/low beams

    My states fog lamp regulations, which I believe to be in common with numerous other states:

    WAC 204-21-080
    Fog lamps.
    (1) Fog lamps must: ...
    (d) Not be used alone in lieu of headlamps, but may be used with lower head lamp beams as specified in RCW 46.37.220.

    also--

    RCW 46.37.180
    ...
    (2) Fog lamps. ... Lighted fog lamps meeting the above requirements may be used with lower head lamp beams as specified in RCW 46.37.220.
