I’ve recently noticed a ticking noise that sounds like it’s coming front the front suspension. I hear it when slowing down from 10 to 1 mph. “Tick tick tick. Tick. Tick tick” I can only hear it with the drivers side window open and on quiet roads. It is faint, but definitely there. What is this?

There are a few threads on this. I've noticed a noise like that a few times and it's always been a stone trapped in the tread of the tyre. Other people have had other causes.

Mine has been in the shop three time now for that noise. I only hear it at low speed under 20. They are replacing the strut and sway bar now. Just waiting for parts

I had the same noise when coming to a stop, I inspected the caliper pins, one was completely seized, a clean up with a steel brush, some grease , and the annoing ticking was gone for good.

Exactly, I bought my Prius three months ago and noticed that noise when I go slowly to stop sign. No a big deal.

Was this from a front or rear wheel?

There are a few threads on this topic. My wife's '17 Prius and my '17 Prime both make that ticking noise while slowing to a stop. Mine has 47k miles, hers has 24k. I had the dealer try to find the cause on my wife's car and they looked for most of the day. They finally drive a new Prius and it made the same noise. I'm guessing that, if they make the same noise new and at 47k miles, the noise isn't really a problem.

It was from the front left wheel

This is caused by the universal joint in the driver side half shaft. There is a TSB for 2016 models that you can get some dealers to use to apply the fix to the 2017s. I assume they are hold over half shafts that bridged model years.
