Yes, I kept the same size.

I wasn't able to get them done @ Walmart because they didn't have a "tire guy" there at the time. It also wasn't the lifetime balance, either (they only offer that on Walmart purchased tires). Their price for lifetime was $7.50/tire, for those interested.

I ended up at Pepboys and it was $22/tire with lifetime balance and rotation, including my winter tires if I want them to swap those for me.

I agree, with the MPG I'm seeing right now, I can't wait for them to break in. They'll get a couple hundred miles this weekend on the highway, so that'll help them break in a little more.

    This one? :D

When Round and Black Becomes Lean and Green

As for which is the overall best, I don't think we can really determine that for all situations. I think just about any of them will be good for fuel efficiency so it's a matter or personal taste and financial situation. I went with the ones that smell the best. :p

Yes sir! In fact I found it and came back here to post it only to find I've been beaten. And not in the good way....

Smell is a good choice. I'll go with taste and we'll compare notes.

Mine probably taste the best too so you should go with the least filling. :p

I was happy to find that the Mich A/S comes up as first choice when I put in my 2006 Prius on the Costco site.

(oops, link didn't work so I removed it)

I was at Costco yesterday and they are advertising the $70 rebate on the Michelins right now. We had the girlfriend's daughter's car done there 2 months ago and they were super quick. We were still shopping when I got the call to come pick up there car. This is as the Woodland outlet.

Oddly, the Costco site doesn't advertise the $70 Michelin rebate... only for Bridgestones.

They switched on me. I need to get my prescription checked. lol

They will do the Michelins next month is my guess. I asked the sales guy and he said they switch every month. In February it was Michelin.

Oops, I almost forgot. You should check out the Continental ProContact with EcoPlus. $74/ea. and they have an 80,000 mile warranty so they should last longer than the other LRR tires we normally look at. Continental ProContact with EcoPlus Technology

I wish they would do another test with these tires pitted against the Energy Saver A/S and Ecopia EP100. *sigh*
