    I run 48f and 46r on the Integrities. I understand burst pressure is 4-5x that of recommended max., or about 200 psi.

    Well just filled up today with the 38/36 and averaged 50MPG for the tank! Pumped them up to 40/38 and lets see if that makes any difference. Hoping to see another 2mpg.

    Sorry, off topic.
    Please search threads about overfilling Prius. You can damage the evaporative emissions system and the tank. It is best to fill until the pump shuts off then round off to the nearest 10 cents if you like. An extra quart in the tank wont improve your actual economy but may harm the car or the environment.
