    Hi all
Is there any technical problem if the tires are switched from 15 "to 17"?

Probably just reduced fuel economy and a harsher ride. The tire and wheel assembly would still be the same size. The wheel is bigger and the tires have smaller sidewall to compensate and keep the overall size the same.

Many feel breaking improves with the larger set. Don't recall seeing any specs though

I actually wanted to go the other way. I have 17" and wanted to go to 15" for a better ride.

What are the reasons for wanting 17"? I might be getting a 2022 Prius and trying to decide between XLE AWD 15" tires and XLE FWD 15" tires. Might come down to availability. I'm having a hard time accepting the Softex steering wheel.
