Hey people. new to this thread and I thought I'd sign up before hand. I'm about to buy a 2011 Prius with 70 +/- miles.
1st question. Is that good for a used certified Prius.
2nd question. what issues does this model have later down the line even with this much miles.
3rd question. I've had to replaced heads on 2 cars already. Is there a known issue with Prius' to have problems
    with heads?

    Thanks,
    Gnarly

What about anyone going over a hill (approx.: 1,500 ft. elevation) on their daily commute?

no hills around here, so i'll let the owners from those area's answer. we have plenty in colorado, and only the steepest/longest can be difficult to maintain speed as you approach the top, iirc, because you're out of battery, and the engine is puny.

    cool.
The elevation is about 1,500 at its highest point but the road is probably at 900 ft and the distance is about 15 miles.

I bought my 2010 prius with 72000 miles and have had it for 7 months. So far no issues at all. Just put gas in it and drive. I did check all the fluids and tire pressure when I bought it but as long as you do your due diligence to make sure it was maintained 70k is just getting started on these cars.
