    You used the term "s***faced" in an earlier post, but my step-father was definitely not that. I don't know what a breathalyzer would have said, but he was never tipsy enough for it to show, and after supper at the marina he was certainly in better condition to drive than this (then) 15-year-old would have been.

    Agreed that the pilot of the plane that went down in NY was damn good. But Angelina Jolie in Sky Captain and the World of Tomorrow was better looking.

    I like anything from my little Sabre sailing dingy through 350ci ski boat, 200hp 4 stroke outboard powered patrol boats, and I quite enjoyed working on a 1250hp 72' high speed ferry.
    I just enjoy boating.
    I think the danger is part of the attraction.

    Even a guy like me - with an all day long heat on - probably would not have been wondering if the pilot had giant hooters, as the perfectly silent airliner slowly settled onto the Hudson
