Too many things going wrong on 07 prius

    Hi Prius people
    I had a remanufactured battery installed ( couldn't afford new battery) now my nav system says can't read program. Any ideas what happened to it with battery install? Also still hear a pump sound under hood and brakes still make funny noise every time I use brakes. I really don't want to go back to Roseville Toyota they are bad people.
