    Absolutely, NHSTA does not "score" other than even stars.
    They do three individual scores, and an overall score.
    The Model S is in a group of less than 1% of tested cars which scored 5 stars in all 4 ratings.

    However, the one area the NHSTA does give specific numbers is in the rollover chance.
    No car has come close to scoring as well as the Model S did (5.7%).

    So, the evidence we have available shows no other car scores as well on the star scale AND has as low a rollover chance.
