Torque MID:$02 TID:$8b Test incomplete or dependant test failed""

Hi all,

I've been seeing a significant MPG drop over the last few months. 2008 with 200k. We were close to 40, but now I'm under 30. Tires full, no engine lights. The battery tests okay and seems to be balanced enough. The only Mode 6 error I'm seeing is 02-8b, see below. Should I be concerned about the O2 sensor? Thank you so much!!
