The touch screen calibration is off. I have to push areas about 1/2 inch above the true area to get response. I've tried the power button/lights on off to get to the diagnosis screen but it first goes to the system check screen. At that point the menu button in upper right is inaccessible because the area needed to be touched is above that beyond the screen area. Is there another way to get to the diagnosis menu to ultimately get to the touch screen calibration? Thanks in advance.

I'm having the same problem. That video doesn't help for 2011 Prius. The menus are different and doing the Info/Lights combination a second time while in the system check screen doesn't do anything. Anybody knows how to get to the calibration menu in a 3rd gen?
