Touch-Sensitive SKS and Gloves

    Tideland,

    In Buffalo now with winter I wear Leather gloves that are lined inside. I have not had an issue, other than a previous poster mentioning (as stated in the manual) to touch the top and bottom of the front of the handle to lock if needed.

    When unlocking, I just reach my hand inside the handle and it works like a charm...

    Unlocking isn't an issue, yes.

    Yes I use both now but with the thicker ski gloves, I really have to stand close to the car with both fingers on the sensor before it locks. it's almost easier to just use the power door lock button with thick gloves on. The thinner ones like the one you describe has no issues with pressing both sensors.
