Touchscreen and all the buttons of the Radio and Navigation not working

    i am having problem that all the buttons and the touch screen not working at al inspite the car is still new 2015
    but the buttons on the steering can still control the colume and the radio !!
    anybody can help me please ?

    I would go to the dealer asap. Warranty should cover this.
