Anyone know what this is? Is it the maps? If it is do you install it with a micro SD card after extracting? I'm not permitted to include a link so see pic.

I'm trying to update the maps with my 2019 Prius Prime Advance with JBL. 20260617_195330.jpg

Best way to find out is to follow the link shown on the screen. It will probably take you to a list of FOSS components that Denso built on to produce the proprietary software that ships on the device. Because the license agreements for the FOSS components they used permit building them into proprietary software only when identifying and crediting the sources, that's what that page will do.

You'll find a list of licenses that apply to a bunch of under-the-hood building block components like OpenSSL, the Lua language, libtiff, and so on. You can even download the source code for all those inner bits.

You won't be able to use them to build a car infotainment system, unless you want to develop your own.
