Toyota Mirai to be Sold at 8 CA Dealership, Carson Toyota not on List?

    Toyota Mirai To Be Sold At These 8 California Dealerships Starting This Fall
    The Toyota Mirai will be sold (at least initially)
    Northern California:
    San Francisco Toyota
    Roseville Toyota
    Stevens Creek Toyota
    Toyota of Sunnyvale.
    Southern California:
    Longo Toyota
    Toyota Santa Monica
    Toyota of Orange
    Tustin Toyota
    Why the heck isn't Carson Toyota on that list? Unless Dianne Whitmire has moved to one of those dealerships and I wasn't aware of it? (Don't think so).

    I wonder if she has less control over sharing good pricing if the Mirai will be locked in at $500/month for the lease. Even if we prefer the EV route on PriusChat, I'm sure she would still be able to get more customers for the Mirai than other dealerships.

    Having purchased my C at Toyota of Orange and had a sub-optimal typical stealership experience, then purchasing my Plug-in at Carson Toyota, I can say yes :)

    me too.:love: and i agree with bob. but it maybe a toyota thing, and she likely wouldn't be interested. these are not real cars, just a pipe dream.

    I saw the Mirai up close and personal. I wouldn't get one. The FC stack is under the front seat. This raises the floorboard to clear the FC stack, making it no foot room at all for the back seat. I'll wait for Gen II or Gen III until Toyota figures out where to put all the FC components without interfering with interior space. It's also a pretty big car for only a 4 seater with small trunk
