    Looks like the Pyxis was delayed. It is holding just off-shore of the Long Beach Port. Perhaps the storm blowing through this weekend?

    Hi OilFreedom, be sure to let us know how long it takes once the ship docks at Long Beach to when your PIP actually makes it to San Diego. I believe my car is on the Overseas Joyce and should make it to Long Beach on about March 26 or so. I'll be curious how long it takes for the car to get to San Diego from Long Beach.

    I see the Chili's in W. Bridgewater has a ChargePoint charging station.
    Have you signed up with ChargePoint to get one of their RFID cards yet, so you can use that charging station?

    I've got mine for when I get my Plug-In in a week or so. There are free ChargePoint stations near me in the Dallas area. But, you have to have the RFID card to use them.

    My car is also on the PYXIS. I Hope to pick up my car in Tucson in 9 or 10 days. The ship traffic at the Long Beach port has come to a halt. For Long Beach, there is a High Surf Advisory in affect until 3am tomorrow and a Wind Advisory in effect until 10 pm tonight. It would be nice to see the PYXIS at the dock, but it doesn't look like that will happen until tonight at the earliest.

    If you zoom out you will see it is not out at sea. It is in the Long Beach harbor waiting for the winds to die down which the weather bureau says will happen after 10 pm tonight.

    [update] The cruise ship CARNIVAL SPLENDOR is heading out of the port of Long Beach. That's a good sign. Perhaps the weather is getting better.

    Don't Know if the port is backed up or not. My car landed last Tuesday and had not arrived at Carson Toyota as of yesterday.

    Uh oh :eek: That's where my car is going too! I was told it would arrive today at the port, which it should be doing soon, and make it to the dealership sometime between Wed-Fri.

    5:58 pm PDT Pilot Boat Banning is back out in the harbor - another good sign that maybe PYXIS will make it in to the dock soon.

    6:05 pm PDT - The cruise ship Disney Wonder has also just left the port headed out after being docked in port all day.

    Sure thing!

    My dealer said it would take two weeks for us to receive our PiP once the ship arrives in Long Beach. I hope they're just under promising with that. Recent other deliveries in the So Cal area have taken something closer to a week.

    As of right now, the Pyxis is still holding...

    Are you sure it was shipped the 12th and not the 10th?
    OVERSEAS JOYCE left Japan on the 10th.

    James is right. I show that INDIANA HIGHWAY left
    on the 12th. So, that must be your ship.

    PYXIS started moving toward the dock 5:45 am PDT
    It ought to be there around 7 am PDT
