My car is experiencing all dashboard warning light comes with beeping sound resulting in brake losing in effectiveness and needs to press really hard when I am driving.
Go back to service centre and they say no fault in it. Anyone can advise me?

The brake computer is telling you it knows of a problem. When you read the trouble codes from that computer, they'll indicate what the problem is. You can post them here. Lots of posts already on how to read them, if you search.

Welcome. There are faults, or you wouldn't have the indicator lights. Go to a shop that can read all the Prius fault codes or else get your own code reader (which is a good thing to have, generally). There are lots of threads here about Mini VCI, Carrista, and others.

Conveniently, codes from the brake computer can also be read by counting light blinks without any reader tool (but with a short piece of skinny wire). Plenty of posts to search up about that too.

Not all computers in the car can be read that way, but the brake computer can.

I'd let him pull the codes first before starting the scary talk. Gen 2 had a pretty all-in-one actuator design, but Gen 3 has more of a separation of parts.

The mileage is around 430,000km. The warning lights automatically goes off when I switch off the engine. There is no fault code found.

Only worried that the car will lose it brake effectiveness when I am driving in highway.

Dumb question but the battery level gauge in the dash is for the traction battery not the 12V battery right? Why does the gas engine come on when the traction battery depletes? Isn't the 12V battery the one responsible for powering the AC and other accessories?

Yes, the battery gauge in the dash is for the traction battery.
Basically, the ICE comes on when the traction battery depletes in order to "un-deplete" the traction battery.
No, all the 12V battery does is power the computers and close the relays that connect the traction battery to the rest of the vehicle. (Unless you are sitting in the car in ACC mode (two presses of the power button without depressing the brake pedal) listening to the radio and running the air conditioner. You will have a dead 12V battery in just a few minutes that way.) In ready mode, the traction battery powers almost everything.

Think of the 12 volt battery as the "middle man": it's ultimately the source of all things 12 volt, but it's charge is almost completely dependent on the engine running, either indirectly, or more roundabout, via charging from the hybrid battery.

as has been said above, if you got dash lights, there are codes. if they are using tech stream, a part of the puzzle is missing.
