    In a way, I'm glad that GM bungled the light duty diesel market here in North America. It's bad enough being stuck behind a diesel powered HD vehicle in cold winter temps, I really prefer not to have to deal with stinky diesel cars in winter

    A lot of diesel apologists still claim the "new" diesels no longer stink. Bull. In severe cold winter temps, they reek, your eyes water if you have to follow them.

    Or, maybe there is something wrong with the diesel fuel sold in Winnipeg, so the diesels are stinky. Of course, it's a conspiracy.
