    The cars on that list where getting subsidies before the 2022 Act was signed. The GM's and Tesla's weren't anymore because they had used up all their allotted credits.

    At least for now, this bill shrinks the list of vehicle models that get this subsidy. Under the old law, good until 15 days ago, the list was much longer.
