I'm wondering, could this be a delayed reaction April Fools stunt?

I so wanted to make this meeting but had other prior commitments that had to take precedence.

I know there are other members here on PC who also belong to the Phoenix EAA - hopefully someone who was there will post an update!

Ok, I made this months meeting of the Phoenix Electric Auto Association to get some more details. It sounds like the Toyota rep did not show up at last month's meeting and rescheduled for this month. So on Saturday morning, after a 2 hour discussion on a variety of topics by club members as we wait for him, he's still a no-show. I'm thinking the car will be introduced before we get the details. :frusty:

I did get some links to other information on the GenIII Prius that will have to tide you guys over until we hear from the MIA district manager:

I am a bit disappointed that the 2010 Gen III won't have a huge increase in mpg. I have a 2005, was thinking of trading in in 2010. I half wonder if I should not wait until 2011 for the plug in version?
