    Ok. I was thinking of changing it up so that we meet closer to the venue this year.

    There's a Starbucks right down the street from where we have to go. They open at 5am.

    We're not scheduled to start rolling in till 645am so maybe we can meet around 545am, get some coffee & could clean up what we can.
