    For the owners who didn't complete the second step no need to worry. You will be taken care of in order by PayPal payment.

    Please do not share the email link, on Facebook because so "anybody who did not pay" can even register, which will cause troubles.

    I was just skimming some of the comments about the problems. I suspect there could be issues cause by partially completing the process and having session keys stored in cookies.

    I suggest:
    open privacy settings on your web browser
    delete cookies (and cached session data) -- language may vary
    open a fresh instance of the toyotaclub.org/Toyotafest/register.htm page
    click the paypal button
