Traction Battery Module Replacement - HELP!!!

Well, 17 volts total actually. LOL Yeah, that's real low. For that phase, one is using 25 watt bulbs and the filaments are barely lit. As a new user of his grid charger system, I've done this twice trying to resurrect a PA080 pack but one module just won't come back. That's the bad news but the good is the other 27 are all now within .01 volts of each other after several charge/discharge cycles. IOW, very well balanced!

 

I think once a module fails, it's best to just replace the failed one. Bringing it back will just mean another failure is around the corner.

Good to know you can bring the pack all the way down to 17 volts and not have any adverse effect on the modules.
