Transfats banned in California but smoking still OK

    I thought I was the only one that thought this way.

    I like whole milk too.

    The trick is everything in moderation.

    And exercise....(as I duck to avoid the lightening bolt)

    The problem isn't that butter, whole milk, cream and all the good things are bad for you, it's that somehow we got it on our heads that we can eat them everyday and then sit at a desk all day working with our minds but not our bodies.

    Things like trans fats just make this problem worse. It's one thing to eat a pound of butter and then not excercise, it's entirely another to eat a pound of trans fat (excercise or no.)
