Is there any good videos on pulling and replacing the transmission on a gen 3 prius?

Everytime I have seen it done it was by dropping the engine and transaxle from the bottom.

What's wrong with your transmission? It might be worth buying a Gen4 Prius engine and transmission from a wrecker and put that in so you don't have all the problems with Gen3's blown headgasket and bad piston rings to deal with in the future?

already have a gen 4 engine. What is wrong is there is clank or clunk randomly and a very faint metallic popcorn sound that makes me uneasy. I would hate to be going in an intersection and have a car comming down the road and have the trans fail at the moment. long story short its making a sound that it should not be.

I would check the suspension, brakes and cv joints.
