Troubleshooting for blank audio display

I have a Prius II which I have driven for 1 1/2 years. Recently, my garage collapsed on my car and it had to go in for body work. The roof and the rear window were replaced, but there was no damage to the rest of the car. When I got the car back, the display audio system screen was blank. I have tried putting it in diagnostic mode (putting the car into accessory mode and then holding down the setup button and turning my headlights on and off 4 times). This did nothing.
Can anyone give me troubleshooting suggestions?
