trying to join a club

i'm trying to join the MO - St. Louis local club forum. i've joined the usergroup but after a week still do not have access to the forum. is it supposed to be automatic, or does someone have to accually add me? i've also noticed it's the only local club forum with zero posts.

didnt think about it until now. i joined the SW Missouri usergroup, and can access that forum, but still not the St. Louis forum.
