Can just the outer lens be replaced without having to purchase the entire assembly?

I was able to find this part number w/o images.

    Toyota Part No.: 81511-47040
    LENS & BODY, FR TURN

I haven't actually replaced my cracked unit yet, despite picking up a pair of take-offs last year. (The hole is still covered with clear packing tape.)

But based on my inspection of the take-off units, and a brief attempt to remove the lens (to allow quicker replacement, without having to replace a missing connector on the take-off) I believe the lens seal is not meant to allow lens removal. When I get around to it, the whole unit will be swapped.

Did you find an OEM one or aftermarket?

    Do you have a link?

Update: Since we just purchased this car, being a camera whore, I actually took a picture of the car when it was still on the lot. I took a look at it, zoomed in and saw that the crack was already there. We took it back to the dealer this past weekend and they replaced it with no questions asked.
