Uhoh...

Hello I may have commited a cardinal sin. So I have the timing chain exposed and was rotating the crank by screwing back in the bolt and rotaing clockwise. When I wanted to take the bolt back off, it was reluctant and while having a wrench on the top camshaft, I was trying to rotate the bolt and it felt like I either slipped off the bolt or something internally bad happened. I was just curious if someone could inform me of the possible catastrophes I might've ensued. This is a 4th gen 2ZR. Thanks
