I see a hint at the schedule. I realize the OP does not qualify for the free maintenance.

~2 years free servicing on Toyota Hybrid models ordered between 1st June 2017 and 30th September 2017 and registered by 30th September 2017. Offers apply to qualifying retail customers only. Free servicing includes first 2 services in accordance with manufacturer’s servicing schedule (each 12 months/10,000 miles, whichever the sooner) and must be redeemed at an Official Toyota Service Outlet. Wear parts are excluded. Service plan administered by EMAC Ltd on behalf of Toyota (GB) Plc. Valid at participating Toyota Centres only. T&Cs apply.

For another perspective, here's a link to the 1958 VW Beetle Owner's Manual:

    '58 Volkwagen Beetle Owner's Manual | PriusChat

Under 100 pages, it manages to explain the complete maintenance schedule, AND includes exhaustively detailed explanations for virtually all items, some quite complex.

Addendum: fixed link, to point to Priuschat thread, not link within that thread.

Firmware? I am pretty sure that did not exist. Replacement parts existed though.

I assume you have an Excel as we don't have a 4 in UK. The UK schedule is every 12 months or 20,000 mile if I remember correctly.

The one copy of the schedule is reputedly stored in an MI5 vault...

That's about all they include, together with the filter and a few visual checks, the major having a few more checks included. It really is a rip off, it was £162 GBP this year (including a 10% discount) for the minor and is gonna be £280 next year for the major.

Here the dealerships charge about $60 for an oil and filter change?

My DIY costs (in Canadian dollars):

4.2 liters of Toyota 0W20: $18.90 ($4.50 per bulk liter)
    Drain pan washer: $2.42 (robbery!)
    Oil filter: $8.53

    Total: $29.85
