    You know, I'm able to pull 52mpg in decent weather (60's) without having checked my oil level or tire pressure, so I can't see that with a little push, I'd be able to get a 60mpg tank. I think one of the biggest factors is trip time. If your car isn't running for somewhere around 20 minutes, it'll hurt your mpg.
