    Hi everyone,

I'm looking for input on "cleanup" for everything under the hood. I've seen various videos on YouTube ranging from covering electrical components with foil and using a hose to others suggesting to do nothing in fear of messing up something in the electrical system. If anyone has experience in this area, I'd love to hear your feedback.

    Thank you.

It’s safe to use garden hose in the engine compartment. But if you have exposed electrical wires from aftermarket install, cover them up. Other than that, everything should be insulated to withstand garden hose water.
