The plastic under the nose of my car has come undone and now hanging. Most likely due to scraping against parking curbs. If I push it up, the plastic does not scrap until I hit a bump where it will drop due to the scraping and continue to scrap. My question is will my warrantee cover the repair/ replacement of the under body plastic? If not, how much should I expect to pay to repair or replacement?

There was a TSB on mine and I got it replaced. You might want to check and see if it applies to your build.

It's costing me almost $200 to replace the driver's side front fender liner, the parts were in the $135 range, yeah I know I could do it myself, but I'm 70 and lazy.

It could be you're just missing a few of the fasteners. There's also a few 10mm bolts involved. The fasteners are overpriced at $3~5 per, but much cheaper than a replacement panel, as long as it's hanging together.
