Understanding updates

The purpose of this post is to have a common thread to:

A) a place to look for the current software revision numbers for NAV/ Map or Entune
B) a text or procedures for the software up date with revisions to the NAV/ Map or Entune
C) updated revision numbers with modification letting us know what changed in the up date.

I'm not sure how everyone verifies current Rev #'s, or if all Prius software updates are performed the same. This might be a place to have specific instructions for the Prius the update pertains to.


For example I own a 2013 Prius Four I know that different models of Prius have different software.
How do we know what map version we are currently using? (Procedure to retrieve it)
How do we know what version of Entune are we using. (Procedure to retrieve it)
How do we up date Maps and Entune?
