Unintended Acceleration Articles/Facts

    I wonder if the Audi statistics showed this kind of trend. Would be interesting to see, if indeed that data is even obtainable.

    That was the chart title, not my words.

    But it takes a large leap of faith that Toyota drivers have that much more of a propensity to die because of user error than that of all other manufacturers. You also would have to explain why so many more Toyota drivers have died because of driver error in acceleration after 2000, than 1980-2000 (0 reported in data for that chart). Their is no technological challenge to log whether the driver is pushing the brake in during these modern fatalities. My problem is with Toyota gaming the system, and not investigating in the past.
