Universal O2 Sensor Worth It?

    I am replacing the O2 sensors on my 2002, and was wondering if the universal sensors work? It seems like people have had issues with the universal ones, and I need to know if I should just spend my meager monies on the exact fit.

    Any answers would be appreciated!

    I have used the universal Bosch O2 sensors for a couple of my customers, as they wanted to save money on parts. Also used it on my own 3 series BMW when I owned it. All without any side effects (except it takes time to put the weatherproof harness plug together that they include with the sensor).
